We offer a wide variety of dishes that suit Japanese people, prepared by a chef from Zhejiang Province. Do not use frozen foods. It uses only a modest amount of oil, and has a light flavor that brings out the flavor of fresh domestic ingredients. Raw oysters shipped directly from all over the country are marinated in a special soy sauce sauce with lots of seasonings for 3 hours, making this a popular traditional dish in Chaozhou, China. Our handmade Dim sum, which you can enjoy freshly made and piping hot, includes Gyoza / Dumpling, spring rolls, and shumai. We also have a monthly seasonal menu.

Hot and sour noodles characterized by a strong consistency. We use dark black Cantonese tamari soy sauce that has been aged through natural fermentation, but the salty taste is not very strong. In addition, we offer seven types of lunches, including Noodles with small fried rice and stir-fried set meals with salad and soup.
