I heard from a friend who works in Kyobashi that the lunch here was great, so I made a reservation by phone the day before. (It seems that reservations from Tabelog are not possible the day before.) The location is near Kyobashi Station. Diagonally in front of Tempura, a famous tempura restaurant. A mature space with a clean counter finished with a single piece of plain wood. It is a high-end restaurant with dinner courses starting at around 20,000 yen. The lunch course I received was 5,500 yen. Appetizers: 3 types Small dish of fugu milt and Hanaarare. Dried persimmons, cream cheese, and plum blossom Hakata (noshi plum sandwiched between yam and sake lees in the shape of a plum). Yomofu wrapped in pork belly and fried. , Deep-fried flat shellfish with tree sprouts Red bean paste with green bean paste Ryogi Rolled scallops with perilla leaves Vinegar Tachibana Mukozuke Bonito and sardine with two kinds of roasted sake Steamed dishes Chawan mushi with plum meat 7 rolls of nigiri Japanese amberjack Kihata Hachibiki Red horse mackerel Kanhirame Shiogama book Tuna medium fatty tuna Conger eel Maki Tekka roll with sea urchin Tome bowl Miso soup with egg and tofu A full course with dishes other than nigiri. Isn't it three types? Beautiful seasonal appetizers Many of the dishes are gorgeous with the arrival of spring in mind. Freshly fried scallops, bonito and sardines served with homemade roasted sake. Perfect for Japanese sake. The chawanmushi is refreshing and melty with the sour taste of plums. The portion was plentiful and made me feel warm. Finally, it's time to grab it. All materials had a good quality feel. My favorite is definitely the Shiogama medium fatty tuna. It melted! ! And the last scroll has sea urchin... A highly satisfying lunch course that is true to its reputation. The owner was a calm person and kindly explained the dishes, making it a fun lunch time!
