日本橋の有名飲食店が集うビルに入居してます。
店内は高級感溢れる感じで、ソムリエの方もいて焼き鳥屋さんとは良い意味で違う雰囲気です。
焼き鳥は全て焼きの技術が素晴らしく美味しいです。外はカリッと中はジューシーです。
特に鳥カツサンドは独創性に溢れる味で記憶に残りました。
店内席は店名にちなんで8席ですので会食使いにはいいかもしれません。
また新しいメニューが出たらぜひ味わってみたいです。
