Omi beef boasts a history of 400 years among Japan's three major wagyu beef. Nihonbashi is home to many long-established stores that pass on traditional Japanese food and techniques, and continues to watch over the changing times as a symbol of the city. The concept of ``trust&treat'' reflects our desire to become a restaurant that is trusted by our customers through our passion for Omi beef, and the meaning of continuing to provide dishes that will be a ``reward'' to our customers. Food [NikuTATSU Yukhoe] Our signature dish, available in two varieties
Because we are licensed to handle raw meat, we are able to offer a variety of flavors. You can choose your favorite flavor from two types of yukhoe at our store. Sauce Yukhoe combines the sweetness of the sauce and the flavor of the meat with the egg yolk. Salted yukhoe allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. "Niku TATSU Yukhoe", which we both recommend with confidence, is one of our signature menu items.
