東京メトロ日比谷線八丁堀駅のＡ５番口から出て八丁堀交差点に向かって出た方向と逆の後方に
進み、最初の路地を右折します。二八通りを進んで最初の交差点を通り過ぎてすぐの左手にお店が
あります。
パッと見、緑のひさしがあるので道路に面したところに入口があるのかと思ったら、実は階段があって
この階段を降りた先が店内になっていました。地下のお店としては結構広く感じます。
この日は何となく肉系で行きたいという思いがあり、仕事の帰りに立ち寄れそうなこちらのお店に
来てみました。
オーダーしたのは『トロタン串焼き』に『牛タン四種盛合せ』と『茹でタン』、『牛タンつくね』で
「トロタン」は見た目は小さくショボイ印象を感じますが、肉は非常に柔らかく旨みがあります。
「盛合わせ」は牛タン、特撰牛タン、最高級 和牛のタン、究極の牛タンの中と舌先2切ずつという内容
で、これに仙台辛子味噌と漬物が添えてありました。色々な味や食感が楽しめるのですが、１人前で
お願いすると量的に少なく感じ物足りなさがあるのが残念ですね。ただ１人前でもいい価格設定なので
これは日本酒のアテにゆっくりといただくのがいいのかなと感じました。
「茹でタン」は通常３枚のところを2枚にしてもらいました。若干しっかりとしたタンになりますが
柔らかさは十分で、箸で切れるほどとは言えないですが美味しくいただけました。
〆には『わすけ風雑炊』というテールスープをベースにした雑炊を軽くいただきお酒の〆にしました。
