本場仙台の伝統の味「厚切り牛タンの炭火焼き」専門店‼️ すべて手作業により1枚1枚を柔らかく歯ごたえのある厚めにスライスし、両面に切れ目を入れ、更に冷蔵庫で寝かせて熟成させるから、とにかく柔らかむちむち‼️
仕込みに手間と時間をたっぷりとかけ、十分に味の染み込んだ牛タンは、注文を受けてから強い火力の炭火で焼き上げるから、ジューシーに旨み溢れます。
口に入れた途端に広がる肉汁の香ばしさ、さっくり感は、必ず病みつきになる味です

私は故郷が仙台なので、色々な牛タンをいただいておりますが、このネギ巻き炭火焼きは初めてで秀逸‼️八丁堀名物にしたい逸品に出会いました
牛タンの柔らかい部位を薄切りにしてそこに
刻んだネギを巻き込み、くるり巻きつけたビジュアル噛むと、牛タンと肉汁を吸ったネギが合わさり、唸ってしまう美味しさ‼️何個でも食べられる旨さで、衝撃を受けました。少しさめても、変わらず柔らかな食感にも驚異

なんと❗️牛2頭から一人分しか取れない超絶希少部位よ❗️タンの最先端根元部位脂トロトロ柔らかで、旨み溢れてました
⭐️わすけ風雑炊（テールスープベースの雑炊） 600円
すごいボリューム‼️テールは骨付き・角切りのビッグなお肉入りで、むしゃぶりりーつきました‼️上品なお出汁、旨味が溶け出したテールスープにご飯たっぷり‼️トマトが乗っているのも、センス抜群
途中、味変で辛味噌を合わせても美味しかったです❗️
