丸型の生地。食感からピザ生地のような印象を受ける。
クリームチーズの中にコーン粒が塗されている。
全体にミニピザといった方が分かりやすいかもしれません。
【デミグラスソースパン】
デミグラスソースがたっぷり角食の上に敷き詰められている。
デミソの味が少しばかりしょっぱいというか強いためか，角食のうま味はついてくるのがやっと。
食べた感も相当ありますので，おかずパンとして考える向きには良いかもしれません。

玉子はサラッとした食感。シンプルなうす塩味でヘンにマヨなどが絡まない派におススメ。
コロッケは割と大ぶりで食べた感あり。家庭料理っぽいつくりで，ソース（ウスターと中濃の間ぐらいの粘度）も割とあっさり味。
ベニヤさんらしい，手作り感のある味わい。
