スープは思ったより辛くはない。辛さは聞かれなかった。味は味噌を感じるスープ。まあ、普通の麻辣スープでした。
手作りの不揃いの麺はツルっと喉ごし良く、もちっと食べ応えもある。大盛にしなくても、量は足りてました。
