久しぶりの外出、ランチ外食のチャンスだ
どこにしようか迷っているうちに時間がどんどん過ぎていく
ランチ営業を終える店も出始めた、拙い
ということでこちらに飛び込んだ
蕎麦屋ではもりそばがマイ定番だが
ガッツリ気分だったので親子丼セット980円を注文
暑いので冷たい麦茶を一気飲みして待つこと5〜6分で料理が到着した
蕎麦と丼のセットは頼むたびに後悔する
丼物は味が濃いことが多く、蕎麦の味をわかりにくくしてしまう
先にもりそばを食べると丼物が冷めてしまう
（実際には冷めるほどの時間はかけずに食べ終えるが）
先ずは熱々のうちに親子丼、やはりタレは味が濃いめだ
卵はフワッと、全体に満遍なく火は通っている
蕎麦屋の丼だな
肉はモモ、旨味を備えるふもと肉鶏とのことだ
ハーフサイズだが蕎麦と一緒に食べると途中で腹が膨れてきた
蕎麦はしっかり〆られ冷たくコシも強い
機械打ちだろうが手打ちのような力強さを感じる蕎麦だ
蕎麦の風味は普通かな、特に強くも弱くもない
後ろに座るご婦人は上品に音を立てないように蕎麦を啜る
自分は思い切りズルズルと啜っていたのが場違いな気がしてきた
蕎麦、特にもりそばだけは音を立てて啜っても良いと思うのだが
世間的にはどうなんだろう？
世間がどう思おうが今後も気にせず啜り上げると思うけど
