前の店名が時津洋(ときつなだ)
若くして天国に旅立ってしまった力士や。
お店のノウハウを惜しみなく
他の力士に教えたなんて
人間的に素晴らしく大きな力士やったんやな。
そんなお店なのに一番人気は唐揚げ。
時代を感じるな。
と思ったらコレがかなりお得なメニュー。
ピークをずらして訪問したので品切れ。
ならば初志貫徹星一徹(懐かしいw)
ちゃんこいきましょか。
固形燃料で温める旅館タイプ。
こりゃええな。
何よりも付いてきた刺身が美味しく
ここは魚の目利きもちゃんこしていそうだ。
あっ、ここは笑うところや。

サラダにはワカメが入っていて
ドレッシングは和風の方が合っていると思う。
シラスが少しだけど食べれるのもええな。
さらに刺身が美味。
