ワイン好きにはたまらないお店です
割と頻繁に通わせて頂いているこちらのお店。ずっとレビューしていなかったので今回初投稿します。
八丁堀エリアにあるビストロ系バル。この辺りのお店って築地が近いからか、本当に美味しい店が多い印象。こちらのお店もそんな感じです。
メニューは料理、ドリンク問わず豊富です。料理もメニュー表以外に本日のおすすめボードがあります。この日はアクアパッツァとかフレッシュなオイスターを頂きました。
ここのお店のオススメポイントは、何と言ってもワイン。種類が豊富なのですが、グラスワインをオーダーすると、だいたい好みに合わせて３種類ぐらい持ってきてくれます。
それぞれの特徴を定員さんが詳しく教えてくれて、私なんぞ、毎回その説明の節々をパクって他所で使ってます（笑）。なのでウンチクの引き出しを貯めたい方にも超オススメです。
私の定番は（というかパクリ）白ワイン＝シャープ、赤ワイン＝酸味がエクセレントなやつで、これらが、料理にバッチリ合います！
しかしながら、この日私が一番感動したのは、ジントニック！
とてもスペシャルなジン（南アフリカ産とか）が手に入ったので、それで作るジントニックが最高と言われてしまったからには、もちろん注文。
飲んでみて・・・スゲー！！！なにこのジントニック！
芳醇な香りとものすごく深い味が・・・今まで飲んでたジントニックって何だったの？？
ってぐらい驚きです。ますます好きになりましたtamayaさん。
店内は意外に広く、奥には大人数用の部屋もあるので、ちょっと料理とお酒にうるさい方々の〇〇会を企画する時には重宝するお店です。コスパも申し分ないです！

超久しぶりの訪問になりました。tamayaさん。前回は2018年6月なので実に４年ぶり。そんなもんだから、予約してからかなり楽しみでした。この店を選ぶときは決まって4-5人ぐらいのグループでわちゃわちゃ。料理とワインが美味しいので、連れてくゲストも喜んでくれます。特にワイン好きにはオススメ。
４年前と変わらぬクオリティーで安心。ワインの説明はやや物足りなかったが料理とワイン、酒類に外れなし。残念ながら、この日は前回感銘を受けたサザンクロスジンによるジントニックが品切れ(涙)。悔しすぎる。。
加えて八丁堀駅近いのに、奥まったロケーションにあって静かな雰囲気の中にたたずんでる店感も好きであります。
安定したクオリティーのお店は安心です。
