五目焼きそばセット
五目焼きそばセット（900円）を注文。
この店は、ランチに来ると、コーヒーや紅茶などがセルフで飲み放題のようだ。

到着。
五目焼きそばの具材は、白菜、マッシュルーム、断面がマッチ売りの少女のようなきのこ（笑）、小松菜、にんじん、たけのこ、豚肉、イカ、エビ、うずらなどである。
味付けは、醤油色のわりに塩味や甘味も嫌味がなくさっぱりとしている。
麺は、腰が確りとしている。
程よい焦げ目も良い。
チャーハンの具材は、チャーシュー、玉子、にんじん、長ネギなどで、作り置きではないようだ。
スープは、溶き卵、キクラゲ、豆腐などが具材で、はっきりとしない味だった。
杏仁豆腐は、寒天シロップ系で、味は薄めの気がした。
完食。
全体を通すと、五目焼きそばの餡がくどくなかったこと、そばの焦げ目が適当だったことから、満足である。
ごちそうさまでした。

Entered the store at 14:10. I ordered the Manpuku special Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) set (950 yen) with a large bowl of noodles. When I first entered the store, it was Gomoku Yakizoba, and I remember that it was my personal favorite flavor. This time, I decided to change the mood and create a menu that bears the restaurant's name. Come to think of it, self-service for things like coffee seems to have disappeared. Arrived at 14:25. The texture seems to be better described as elastic rather than chewy. Good seasoning without sauce. It also feels like soy sauce. I can't really decide which one. The two shrimp included were plump. I felt that the fried rice and soup had a subtle, whitish seasoning. Almond tofu is agar-based and has a light taste. Finished meal. Is this store better for single items? I thought to myself as I paid the bill and left the store. Thank you for the meal.
