ランチ目当てに開店と同時にイン。
シンプルに魚のフリットが乗ったサラダを選ぶ。
すぐにグリーンピースのポタージュとパンが運ばれてきた。
ポタージュは、グリーンピースの繊維質がところどころあり、手作り食感。
丸い小さなパンは、皮がパリパリのフランスパン。
手で千切ろうとするとなかなか上手くいかない。最初からナイフを使うべきだった‥
サラダには 半熟ゆで卵を半分に切ったものが乗っている。 何とその上に塩胡椒が振ってあり、しょっぱかった。 後からプリーツレタスと魚のフリットを食べたが、ドレッシングの塩気をまったく感じなくなってしまった。 いやはや、食べる順番を誤ったか？
盛り付けた人も、ここまで考えていなかったと思う。
改めて他のメニューをチェック。
ジビエがご自慢の店らしく、猪のテリーヌなんていうのもあった。
値段は少し張るが、ハラミ焼きというのもある。
こちらが運ばれてゆくのを見ていたら、マグレブ（フランス語圏）辺りで丸いパンに挟んでいる具にそっくりですこぶる懐かしい気持ちになった。
やはり、夜 ワインと共にアラカルトメニューを頼まないと本場のフレンチは味わえないのかも。
いずれにせよ、ソースを味わえるメニューを試せばよかったと後悔が残った。
店のインテリアが、フランスの居酒屋っぽい雰囲気。
オーダーもフランス語で復唱している。
