訪れたのは、八丁堀駅より徒歩5分程の所にございます『もつ千 八丁堀店』さん。モツ煮が人気のお店で、今回飲み放題付きコースでの利用。こちらのコースのラインナップは、お通しキャベツ、わさび風味の枝豆、ガツポン、ハツ刺し、豚レバテキ、モツ煮、ガーリックポテチフライ、焼きおにぎりとなっている。
コースメニューで特に良かったのが、レバテキとモツ煮。
火入れが完璧で舌触りがよく、歯切れの良いというかもはや歯すらいらない柔らかさのレバーにシャッキシャキの葱ダレがかかったレバテキは、人気一位の理由が窺える。そりゃあ頼みますよ。美味いですもん。
続いてモツ煮…こちらもモツがトロトロになる程に煮込まれていて、そもそもが他所と比べてあっさりめな味付けのモツ煮だが、さらにトッピングされたザクザクの刻み葱により、さっぱり感がブースト。全く重たくないので箸休めなんかにもいい。美味い。
そんなこんなでエンジンが掛かってきたのでコースのフードを食べ終えた後にハムカツと肉刺し五種ユッケを追加オーダー。ハムカツは衝撃のデカさと量に唖然とし、安さに驚愕。コース食べえたばかりだったがペロリと完食。

こんなもん美味しくない訳がないんですよね。こちらは数量限定となっているので来店の際、お買い求めはお早めに。全体的に高コスパ。またいいチェーンの居酒屋に出会ってしまった。
