We offer a variety of exquisite offal dishes that go well with sake! Although it is very reasonable, there are no compromises. The offal is purchased daily from a specialist supplier, so it is extremely fresh. We take a lot of time and care to prepare it in-store, so there is no odor! We are so particular about the freshness that we throw away any liver that doesn't turn out that day. The famous "Otsuni", which is made with offal and plenty of vegetables slowly simmered in white miso, costs only 390 yen! Grilled skewer is 180 yen, and "Pork Rebate Teki" is 590 yen, making it the best value for money♪
