赤坂にもあったもつ千だが、八丁堀店はランチはやっておらず、自慢の＠500カレーは食べられない。
いつも混んでいるが、この日は入れた。
タッチパネルでの注文。いまや常識か。オジサンはあまり好きではないのだ。

具はもつ、だいこん、こんにゃく、にんじん。
味付けは味噌をベースにしつつ、スッキリした味わい。
刻み葱がたっぷり載っておりねぎのシャキシャキが良い。
●和牛レバトロ刺し＠650
もつ千安定の味わい。
低音調理で、生感もあり肉感も感じられる。独特の食感。
そこに胡麻油とにんにくの風味が香ってきて、合わないわけがない。
やはりもつ千に来たら頼まんとな。

たっぷりの玉ねぎみじんとアンチョビの味わい。
さっぱりしつつコクがちゃんとある。これはなかなか

ここの辛トマトハイはちゃんとぴりっとした刺激があった
チェーンのもつ焼屋さんの中では肉刺しが旨いね。また来たいね。
