On my way home from work, I took a detour to Hatchobori. Developing a new bar. It was past 10pm, but surprisingly there was a restaurant open. I want to eat offal and enter "Motsusen". Entered the store at 22:30, 12 customers before me, 4 customers after me, left at 23:00. Order via touch panel. I ordered ``Premium Malts Medium Mug'' for 650 yen, ``Special Offal Stew'' for 390 yen, and ``Beef Tataki (low-temperature cooking)'' for 490 yen. Cabbage covered in sauce costs 390 yen. Refills of cabbage are apparently free. As I was drinking beer and picking cabbage, a piece of beef tataki was brought to me. The tataki is drizzled with sauce, sprinkled with green onions, and served with wasabi. The tataki is very fresh considering the price of 10 pieces and 490 yen. Unfortunately, the sauce was too sweet to my liking. I prefer wasabi soy sauce. Next is ``Otsuni Nikomi'', which is made with white miso and has a sweet soup that I don't like. The carrots, daikon radish, and konnyaku were all undercooked and didn't suit my taste. The giblets are crumbly and not tasty. I probably won't order the stew next time. Shochikubai "Gokai" hot sake 2 cups added. The cabbage is perfect for resting your chopsticks. There is a wide variety of pork sashimi on the menu, so try it next time. The bill was 2770 yen, thank you for the meal.
