八丁堀・肉バルダイニング・ビストロ「niku kitchen BOICHI 八丁堀」
八丁堀にあって、交差点には入船と明記されている場所に牛のイラスト看板が目立っています。
肉料理に特化したビストロ。同じ系列での支店は、ホテルサンルート浅草店があります。
会社からは、微妙に遠いので、なかなか行けませんでしたが、今日は八丁堀近くに来たので寄ってみました。ビジネス街にあって日曜日でもランチも営業されている、貴重なお店です。
ランチメニューは、グリルチキンと3種キノコのトリュフクリームソース、伊勢志摩産カキのエビチリチーズドリア、欲張りランチ（前菜6種とステーキ・ハンバーグ・エビフライの贅沢ランチ）、国産牛の和風ステーキ丼～ガーリックの香り、BOICHI自家製 ローストビーフ丼、黒毛和牛100％のハンバーグランチ、国産牛サーロインのステーキ、牛タンシチュー、等。
今日、決めたのは「伊勢志摩産カキのエビチリチーズドリア」。
【前菜】
「サラダ」
ミックスサラダにクリーミーなドレッシングで。
【スープ】
「豚汁」
カップにぎっしり入った具沢山の豚汁。洋風なレストランなのに、超和風で、あったかほっこりの嬉しいスープ。
【メイン】
「伊勢志摩産カキのエビチリチーズドリア」
中央に半熟たまご、牡蠣のソテーがのった海老チリソースのドリア。もちろんチーズもトローリ。ドリアは、チキンライスに見えたのが、ケチャップの代わりにエビチリを使用したエビチリライス。辛くはないけれど、ちょいピリ。そして伊勢志摩から、というぷりぷりの大ぶりの牡蠣からは、食べればたっぷりのエキスが溢れ出てきます。この器が鉄板なので、コチジャンにも似たエビチリ御飯がジュージューと焼けていくことから、あつあつ石焼ビビンバにも感じられ、美味しくあっという間に頂きました。
セットのスープが、お腹いっぱいになるほどの具沢山。お肉に自信のあるお店らしく、肉メニューが豊富で、次回は、ハンバーグに決めた。とてもお安いのが魅力ですが、店長の親切なご対応も人気の理由だと思いました。
