Mr. Hatchobori Uotoyo visited solo for lunch. There are counter and table seats on the first floor. High percentage of men. There are also seats on the second floor for large groups. The ingredients for the Seafood Market Bowl (980 yen including tax) seem to change each time depending on the stock.On this day, it was cutlassfish, gurnard, and salmon. I don't often see cutlassfish sashimi in the Kanto region, so I ordered Seafood market bowl. Delivery time is quite fast. While waiting, I listened to several men's orders. There are also orders for ``less rice,'' ``half rice,'' or ``1/3 rice,'' and ``substitute vinegared rice.'' I pretend to be calm without saying a word, but I'm nervous inside. (Will I be able to finish it all?) The table that appeared was Seafood Bowl and soup. The bowl is heavy. About three pieces of fish each. Tobiko is served with green onion and wasabi. The soup had a lot of flavor and a lot of meat. The Gingiragin cutlassfish is chewy and delicious. Gurnard is a beautiful cherry blossom color. This is also good. The salmon wasn't bad either, but the rice in the bowl was white rice instead of vinegared rice. And it's warm. In the second half of the salmon, the fat had melted and the meat was a bit soft. A regular customer's change order for vinegared rice is echoing in my mind right now. Imitate me next time. The sashimi itself was delicious, and so was the rice itself. Although I had to pace myself, I was able to finish the meal. It's a belly pan though. I appreciate the price range, and I'm also interested in the boiled fish.
