We are particular about Grilled skewer, and the chicken is ``Shingen chicken'' from Yamanashi Prefecture, which is raised healthy and stress-free in the great outdoors. The pork used is the precious Iberian pig and the Hungarian national treasure pig, Mangalitsa, which was designated as a national treasure by the Hungarian parliament in 2004.
