一緒に仕事をさせて頂いている日本酒好きの先生方と懇親会を実施にあたり、日本酒の呑める店を探して 伊達のくら 。
茅場町にある３階建ての一軒家を改装したようなお店で、外から見て風情のある佇まい。
備長炭の炭火焼 熟成大トロ牛たんの塩焼き、産直 焼き牡蠣、炙り〆サバ、ごぼう唐揚げ、牛タンタタキ(？)、牛タンポン酢(？)、日本酒ツマミセットなどなど注文したのだが、接待する側だったので十分に写真が撮れず状態に。
食事も美味しいかったが、結局先生方の手前なかなか手を付けられずな感じでちょっと冷め気味になった物を頂くと言う感じが残念ではあった。
しかし、ここで飲んだ新政 X-typeなる日本酒が飲みやすくて旨くて、結局４人で４合瓶を３本も空けてしまった。
旨い日本酒って良いですね。
