久しぶりに明神丸です。昔、高知で出会って以来、取り寄せもする藁焼き鰹たたき。特に塩たたきは絶品です。
今日はコロナ禍からようやく脱しつつある金曜日で、店内は満席、大忙しでしたが、フロアの女性スタッフは皆さん、笑顔と気遣いを忘れず、とても好感の持てる接客ぶりで感心しました。
だから余計美味しく感じられた。
これからも良い店であり続けてください。
