If you make a reservation in advance, you can enjoy a full menu of seasonal fugu!
This was my second time here, and I ordered the all-you-can-eat fugu set, which included a whole seasonal fugu. I enjoyed the freshly filleted, crunchy fugu sashimi, as well as the generous amount of skin, rare meat and skin, and simmered fish. Also, yesterday they served us a Hokuriku tsugani crab, cut into bite-sized pieces, which was very kind of them. There is a wide variety of alcohol, including potato shochu and sake, as well as red and white wine from Nagano, but it would be even better if they had sparkling wine.
