``Kaneshi Soy Sauce Ramen'', where you can fully enjoy the Kaneshi soy sauce, is a specialty that you will become addicted to once you try it. The key to the deliciousness is the thick soy sauce-based soup that is packed with the flavor of the vegetables and soup stock! The noodles that go well with such a deep-flavored soup are extra-thick noodles from a long-established noodle shop [Asakusa Kaikaro]. The raw noodle weighs about 250g and is very filling! You can also add vegetables, garlic, and oil as toppings for free ◎ Please enjoy a cup full of originality!

"Doro Miso Ramen", which uses homemade miso sauce, is also a must-try dish. We are proud of our rich soup that combines Kaneshi soy sauce and pork bone soup with miso carefully selected from all over Japan and homemade miso sauce made with over 20 ingredients! You can enjoy the special taste that matches the flavor of pork and miso, which was created through trial and error regarding the degree and timing of aging. We also recommend adding rice to the leftover miso sauce.

Each piece of chashu used for Ramen is thick and voluminous! We use a special order made by a meat specialty store that specifies the details of how the pork is wrapped.
