平日12時30分頃に訪問。満席でしたがちょうど入れ替わりで入れました。
私は初めてですが、昼間はよく混んでます。
店の奥にもテーブル席がいくつかあり、外から見える以上に奥行きがあってお客が入ります。
このお店はお昼はお蕎麦、夜は牡蠣や海鮮を中心に東北の食材を産地から直接仕入れて料理を提供するお店。
お酒も色々置いてあるので夜も人気なんでしょうね。
お昼のお蕎麦もメニューは色々ありましたが、「汁なしシビレ蕎麦」（980円）を注文。
ランチのサービスライスは鶏出汁で炊いたご飯に鰹節のふりかけが乗ってます。小鉢はたまこんにゃくです。

さて、お蕎麦ですが見た目以上にボリュームがあって蕎麦の味も感じられ、麺は細いですがちゃんと弾力も感じます。見た目も素敵だし、質も量も文句なし！
このメニュー、少しピリッと痺れます。
（そういう料理。笑）
とっても美味しかったです。
「やまなし」って店名は、東北出身の宮沢賢治の作品から来たようですが、あの作品って不思議な作品だったような‥。どういう意味が込められているのか知りたいですね(^.^)
