貝好きとして新しい貝専門店開拓！
八丁堀駅と茅場町駅の間くらいに最近オープンした貝料理専門店
会社の仲間と3人で7品で4,800円とまぁまぁ安め？

地下のお店なので分かりづらかった。
が、階段を降りて扉を開けるとシックで落ち着いた雰囲気、各テーブルがスクリーンで仕切られていてこれなら接待やデートにも良いかも。
日本酒は20種程の銘柄を置いてあり、唎酒師もいるらしいので女将さんにおまかせで頼むと陸奥八仙というお酒を出してくれた。
食前酒にはピッタリの香り良くすっきりした甘み！
酒器も綺麗だが写真撮り忘れ (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
前菜:牡蠣オイル、梅水晶、ひもポン酢
牡蠣はトリュフオイルで風味豊か、梅水晶は貝とは関係ないがさっぱりとして良い。
刺盛り:絶対注文すべき。新鮮！
焼物:ホッキ貝と何とか（忘れた）の肝焼き
別注の籠蒸し:豪快に何種類か蒸籠で登場。
他のものも素材の味を生かし優しく仕上げている
お酒も沢山頂いたのでお代もそれなりだが大満足
お皿にも拘っていて内装雰囲気良いです。
常連になりたいお店見つけました。
