この日は分け合って日曜に八丁堀。
チェーン店は開いているが、個人店は休みが多い。
そんな中、こちらtaverna metaは、土・日も営業しているんです。
行ってみました。
日曜日12時前に入店しました。
L字カウンター５席と２名テーブル２卓、２－４名テーブル１卓。
それほど広いお店ではないのですが、周りが休みのせいか結構な客入り。
カウンター席３名、テーブル１組。
後客１組。
店主は女性店主のオンオペ。
メニューは 生パスタメニュー２つ各＠1,200（全て税込）
・ローストポークのせペペロンチーノ
・魚介たっぷりトマトラグー
※前菜・サラダ・パン付き。量多めですパスタ少な目、パンなしお申しつけくださいとのこと。
●ローストポークのせペペロンチーノ＠1,200（税込）をお願いしました。
周りにもサーブされていないので時間が掛かることを覚悟しましたが、
店主は手際よく、順番にサラダ、生パスタをサーブしていきます。
お水は緑のボトルで提供されました。
私のサラダは８分後に出てきました。
大きな白いボウルにレタスなどの葉物が山盛り。
そしてフランスパン、マッシュポテト、キッシュが一緒盛り。
サラダは食べ応えがあります。自家製のドレッシングかな。
キッシュは薄切りだが、コーンなどの具材が入っている。
マッシュポテトは滑らかで味は良い。
サラダ提供から２０分掛かった。
生パスタの上には炙られたローストポークが敷き詰められる。
提供前にバーナーでローストポークを炙っていました。
そしてローストポークの上にはバルサミコソースとイタリアンパセリが散る。
ローストポークは柔らかく、程よい酸味のバルサミコソースが合います。
生パスタは超ツルモチ食感。ペペロンチーノの程よいガーリックの味わい。
ニンニク耐性の強い私には優しいガーリック風味だ。でもチューはできないな。
ローストポークは食べ応えがありました。
お隣さんの魚介たっぷりトマトラグーは具材（エビ・メカジキ・イカ・ホタテなど）がたっぷりでした。
私は生パスタよりも乾麺が好きなのですが、こちらの生パスタ良いですね。
界隈のイタリアンでは良いお店かと。
