蛤らぁ麺（1,000円）を、大盛（100円）で注文。
前金である。
塩しかないとのことで、え〜！と伝えたけど、蛤らぁ麺が食べてみたいので、塩で良いですと注文する。
その後、一杯だけ醤油が出来るといってくれたので、ラス１の醤油らぁ麺へ。笑
出汁の選択は蛤鰹と蛤で、何となく蛤鰹だと鰹勝利の予感があったためである。
到着。
まずはスープから。
あれまぁ〜、蛤とわかる風味があり味はかなりシンプルである。
麺は全粒粉だと思うけど粒々が練り込まれている。
啜ると程よい腰で、蛤の香りを纏い美味しい。
チャーシューは、少し硬めな食感で薄味。
少し肉臭を感じる。
麺の上の玉ねぎと、長ネギも、シンプルなスープのらぁ麺だけに、それぞれ味が変化して楽しめる。
スパイスポットなる味変アイテムがあったけど、レンゲに入れてスープを飲んでみた。
良い感じで味変した。
でも、どんぶりには入れずに、蛤をそのまま楽しんだ。
完食。
次は蛤鰹が食べてみたくなった。
見た目で少しボリューム感はなかったけど、満足して店を後にするのであった。
