Our signature dish is ``Fune-ka-meshi,'' which is a pile of fresh salmon roe shipped directly from Hokkaido on top of hot rice! The cheerful staff chants "Yoisho!" as the bowl overflows, and just looking at it will whet your appetite. Each grain of the salmon roe that covers the rice shines brightly, and when you eat it, the chewy texture spreads throughout your mouth, making it an exquisite dish.
