日本橋界隈への外出で久しぶりに人形町でランチ。有名な親子丼や鳥丼と迷いながら小春軒へ初訪問。コロッケやメンチカツなどの定食と迷いつつも名物の特製カツ丼を注文。ソースカツ丼でも一般的な卵とじのカツ丼でも無いユニークなカツ丼。カツもジューシーで半熟玉子との相性も味付けと共に抜群な味わい。シジミ汁も美味しい。
