日本橋堀留町の閑静なエリアにあるビストロ。
ビルの地下にお店を構えており、隠れ家のような雰囲気の中でゆったりと洋食を楽しむことが出来るお店です。
■メニュー
ランチでは名物のまんまるハンバーグを色々なソースで頂く事が出来ます。
お店イチオシの木の子クリームソースの他に、デミグラスや塩バーグなど合計4パターンがラインナップ。
この日は初めてだったので、オススメにしたがって木の子クリームソース（1,100円）をオーダーしました。
■感想
友人とランチのお店を探して人形町を散歩している際、隠れ家風のお店構えが気になってお伺いしたこちらのお店。
穏やかな雰囲気のシェフが切り盛りされており、街に根付いたビストロという印象を受けます。
頂いたまんまるハンバーグは、ジューシーで肉肉しい味わいがありつつも、後味は意外にさっぱりとした一品。
キノコの旨味が引き出されたクリームソースとの相性も良く、大人も子供も好きなタイプの万人ウケするハンバーグでした。
サラダやライス、スープ、コーヒー（13時以降）までついて、1,100円という価格設定はなかなかお得に感じます。
後輩が食べていた塩バーグも美味しそうだったので、次回はまた違うメニューを試してみたいと思います。
