鳥安は創業明治5年。ただ一品『あひ鴨のすき焼きコース』の味一筋でやってまいりました。真鴨の雄とあひるの雌を掛け合わせたあい鴨の一番美味しいと言われる5ヶ月目の「若あい」という部分を厚めに切った肉を鉄鍋で両面をじいじい焼き、おろし醤油でいただく格別の味わい。この贅沢を皆様に味わって頂きたい。リニューアルを行い、館内はエレベーター付のバリアフリーなので、お年寄りや足の悪い方も安心してお越し下さいませ。 |
昔訪れたときは一軒家だった記憶があるが、いつの間にかビルになっていた。が、ファサードの感じはそのまま。すべて個室で出るものは合鴨鍋一本槍。鍋といっても鉄製の特注鍋で焼くもので汁鍋ではない。鴨の脂がうまく落ちるように窪みがあって、くどくならない。昔からの店だから仲居さんがすべて差配してくれ、こちらは会話に集中するだけ。これだけの風情のわりにはコースの値段はさほどではない。
