小伝馬町駅から徒歩1分の好立地にお店を構えるカレーが名物のダイニングバー。
もともとカレー屋さんとして営業していたお店が業態を変更し、色々なお料理と一緒にお酒を楽しむスタイルになったようです。
若女将を始めとして気さくなスタッフさんが多く、お話目当てで来店する常連さんも多くいるようです。
■メニュー
お店の名物であるカレーは、コルマカレーとカシミールカレーの2種類がレギュラーメニュー。
そのほかに日替わりカレーが黒板に記載されています。
カレー以外にも、一般的な居酒屋にあるような一品料理が取り揃えてあります。
この日は二次会で利用し、下記のメニューをオーダーしました。
・カシミールカレー
・キーマカレー
・泥亀ハイボール×3
■感想
本格的なカレーとお酒を一緒に楽しめるという事で、前から気になっていたお店。
近くで食事の用事があり、二次会利用で初訪問しました。
店内はカウンターもテーブルも常に満席状態で、活気に満ち溢れています。
女将の元気な接客が印象的で、お客さんのほとんどは常連さんのような印象を受けました。
この日の日替わりカレーであるキーマカレーは、お肉の味わいがギュッと詰め込まれた旨味たっぷりのカレー。
辛さは抑えめに作られているため、辛い物が苦手な人でも美味しく食べられる一品です。
もう一方のカシミールカレーは、玄人向けの超本格カレー。
サラサラとしたルーはスパイスの香りがものすごく、後からしっかりとした辛さがやってきます。
お米と合わせるのもよし、ハイボールなどの清涼感のあるお酒と合わせるのもよし、色々な楽しみ方が出来るカレーです。
会計後は女将さんが外まで丁寧に見送りをして下さり、人気が出来るのも納得しました。
