3月末の土曜日、すき焼きを食べたくなり色々と検索。
どこも当日予約ということもあり、満席が多かったが、こちらのお店は1枠だけキャンセルが出たのでということで19時に伺うことができた。
お店は精肉店が横にあり、店内でのすき焼きは地下一階のカーペットが敷かれたところでいただく。
この日はすき焼きSコース(11,800円)をいただくことに。
最も素晴らしかったのが、フィレステーキ。
フィレだというのに、全く固さがなく、口に入れた途端とろけて無くなってしまう。(写真は撮り忘れてしまった)
メインのすき焼きも綺麗に盛り付けられたお皿から1枚1枚丁寧に焼いてもらえ、お野菜や豆腐、宮内庁御用達の糸蒟蒻なども絶品であった。
ランチもあるということで、今度また訪れてみたいと思う。
