人形町の甘酒横丁にある「山葵」さんにお邪魔しました。街の空気に溶け込んで街の一部になってる老舗の居酒屋といった佇まいです。
２階と３階がお店になっています。横幅狭めの急な階段を使って２階に登り、そこにあるドアから中に入ります。店舗というより事務所のドアみたい…
土曜日の開店と同時にツレとお邪魔しました。
基本、日本酒のあてとしてデザインされたであろう品の数々、レベル高し。
店員さんもテキパキと明るく、気持ち良く飲ませてくれます。手抜かりなく程よく作り込まれた酒の肴の数々。手狭さも寧ろ雰囲気をよくしてる気がしてくるから不思議ですね。
超良店の域だと思います。これからも長く続いて欲しいお店ですね。
