お昼に1人で訪問。
住まいの一階にある店で、以前から気になっておりました。人形町は老舗が多い街です。こちらの店もビルが建ったことにより真新しくなったようですが、実はかなりの老舗らしいです。
鰻特重をオーダー。
20分程で到着。鰻1本ついてます。タレは甘さ辛さのバランスがちょうどいい感じで自分好みです。
鰻はふっくら蒸し上がり、しっかり焼いてます。焼き目の苦味が山椒と合わさりとてもいい香りがたちます。
ホロホロと身が口の中でほどけていく感じは最高です。
若干たれ多めでご飯にタレがしみてたのがちょっとだけ気になりましたが、とても美味しくいただけました。
肝吸いも香りが上品で美味しかったです。
