【2018/11/30】 鳥元 人形町三丁目店
人形町で多い種類のお店は牛肉専門店、モツ専門店（意外でした）、洋食屋、そして鷄料理専門店。その他様々国の料理を出す店が揃っていて人形町を歩くと各国の旗を見ることが出来る。牛肉は「今半」と「日山」があるからだろう。モツ料理店も多いのは近くに食肉市場があるのかもしれない。洋食店が多いのはかって最先端の繁華街だったからと想像出来る。鷄料理は「玉ひで」かな？
今日は鷄料理専門店・居酒屋でランチを頂く。
ちょっとレトロな雰囲気がするお店。
東京、千葉の主要な所に20店舗を越える店舗を持つチェーン店の一店舗。
外に立て掛けてあったランチの品書きをみてここに入る事にした。
時間が早かったので先客はまばら。禁煙席をと言うと焼き場の前のカウンター席に案内された。店は奥に広くて宴会に使うのも良さそう。BGMはJazzが掛かっている。
ランチメニューから選んだ品は、
伊達鷄と奥久慈卵の親子丼 \880
しじみ味噌汁と浅漬け付き
他にも焼き鳥丼なんかもあってどれを選ぶか迷うが、迷ったときは筆頭に書かれた品と言う事で親子丼になった。値段は「玉ひで」の一番お安い親子丼の半額近くの金額。
少し待って出来上がってきた親子丼は卵が半熟で美味しそう。鷄の量は多くはない。驚いた事はご飯が押し麦入りのご飯だった事で、白米と押し麦は半々というより白米より麦の方が多い感じ。少し甘い汁だくの汁と押し麦を頂くと、いつもと触覚が違って美味しかった。
ほぼ満足した。
チェーン店ならではの品の洗練度。
人形町で比較するなら「玉ひで」の姉妹店の「江戸路」かな。
