Lunch visit to Ningyocho. It's about 5 minutes along Ningyocho-dori from the Suitengu Station direction. I came across the "futomaki" posted by MyRebi because it looked delicious. However, for lunch, they offer set nigiri and chirashi Sushi, and it is difficult to get the ``futomaki'' you are looking for unless you make a reservation in advance. Before the ehomaki season, reservations are now required for a limited number of 30 pieces.Today, I received the highest CP chirashi Sushi for 900 yen. There were several family table seats and counter seats in front of the boardroom, and we were shown to the counter seats. After about 8 minutes of waiting, I received a very nice-looking chirashi Sushi and a bowl that the chef had arranged for me. The basic toppings are a good size to eat. Tuna, squid, octopus, sea bream, light fish, and tamagoyaki. Vinegar rice with chopped seaweed in the middle layer. It's crunchy and goes through the motions, making it a complete meal in no time. While I was having a drink, the landlady served me some homemade water yokan, which I enjoyed while sipping the tea. I had a relaxing time in a spacious space.
