昼間から大人ムーディー！薄暗くて雰囲気いいお店「京町家」で、1番人気の「季節の10種のおばんざい御膳」を食べてきました！
お店情報平日のランチタイムに訪問です。小伝馬町駅1番出口を出てすぐの小伝馬町KDKビルの5階にあります。
ムーディーな半個室ランチ！
店内は薄暗い照明になっていて昼間でもムーディーな雰囲気になっています。通路を挟んでテーブルが配置されていて、各テーブルは暖簾を使って半個室に仕切られています。
ドリンク付でおかずが盛りだくさん！お店1番人気の「季節の10種のおばんざい御膳(ドリンク付)」(1000円)を注文しました。内容を聞いただけでお得なのがわかります。
セット内容は、おかず10種(辛子明太子と大根おろし、とろとろ豆腐のあんかけ、焼き魚、かぼちゃとひき肉の煮物、お麩とトマトの煮物、おから、鳥の唐揚げと厚揚げ、ふきと油揚げの煮物、うどん、おぼろ豆腐)、ご飯、漬物になります。

どれも美味しいおかずばかりでしたが、一番はかぼちゃとひき肉の煮物でした。かぼちゃの甘味ある柔らかい感触ととひき肉の弾力ある肉感がうまくマッチしていて抜群の美味しさでした。また厚揚げもしっかりとカリカリっと焼き上げられていて醤油をかけて食べると溜まりません。全体的に野菜が多く使われているランチなのでとってもヘルシーです。
ヘルシーデブ的感想グルテンフリーを始めてから約一年…
一時はかなりストイックに小麦粉を避けていましたが、最近は美味しいくヘルシーな料理なら積極的に食べる方向に考えが変わってきているので、総カロリーを気にしつつ食べてもOKにしています。
久しぶりのうどんは格別でした！のどごしの感触がホントに懐かしく、美味しく頂きました。
小伝馬町駅からすぐで、栄養バランスめしっかり考えられた和食を頂けるお店です。席も半個室がメインなので、隣の人とも距離があってゆったりランチにピッタリです。
