席に着くとメニューは出てこない。

小さな一口サイズの蒸し鮑と蒸したこ

それから、にぎりになります。
にぎりも大将が順番を考えてだされます。
日本酒に合うものが出てきます。
自家製のおしんこもたまらない。
ゆっくりとじっくりと和食を頂きます。
一つ一つ
丁寧な下ごしらえがされていて、ほんとうに美味しいです。
少し値ははりますが、十分に満足な食事になります。
満足の食事に合う、日本酒の夏のお酒がそろえてありました。
帰り際には、心から「ご馳走さまでした。」の言葉になります。
