東京メトロ日比谷線、都営浅草線人形町駅付近にある”やきとん”のお店。路地裏にあるので場所はわかりにくいが、駅から本当に近い。
人形町でやきとん食べるなら絶対このお店をおすすめする。
17時すぎに入店。待ち無しラッキーだ。既に90%の席は埋まっている。人気店だ。
同店は串焼きだけでなく、鮮度抜群な肉の刺身や一番人気のレバテキ、もつ煮込みやマカロニサラダ等、美味しいものが盛りだくさんである。だからいつも注文する品をめちゃくちゃ悩む。
まずはドリンク。ホッピーの黒（550円）を注文する。同店は、キンミヤ認定のシャリキン取扱店だ。
そもそもシャリキンとは何ぞやと言うと、キンミヤ焼酎を凍らせ、シャーベット状になったもの。氷を入れないで済むので薄くならない。
お通し（330円）は、キャベツときゅうり。これを味噌を付けて食す。野菜の鮮度がよくともにシャキシャキしている。味噌との相性も抜群でよりキャベツの甘みが際立つ。量も結構多め。
同店で絶対注文するのがレバテキ（880円）。恐らくほぼすべての客が注文していると思う。表面が焼き上げられた豚レバーではあるが、中はほぼ生。これが良い。味付けはごま油がベース。葱が大量に乗せられており胡麻が振りかけられている。ニンニクペーストも大量にトッピングされており、明日の口臭はやばいことになること間違いない。
同店のレバテキは本当にトロトロしており、臭みもまったっくなく、これだけでホッピー4、5杯いけるのではと思うほど美味。レバ刺しだね。
最後に角ハイボール（550円）を飲んでフィニッシュ。今回もめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
