2024年3月16日（土）夕食。相方と。
夕方日本橋で仕事。終わって、店を検索しながら、人形町方向に歩いてみた。地下鉄の人形町の駅の南側のこの店に入ってみた。玉ひでの姉妹店だという。その玉ひでは今建て直し中だ。
17時10分、カウンター席に案内してもらえた。でも僕たちのあとに来た予約のないお客さんは入店を断わられていた。
生ビールを頼んで、焼き鳥のつくね・たれ卵つき（420円）、ささみ（330円）、手羽先（280円）、皮（330）（たれと塩を1本ずつ）を2本ずつ、ればー（300円）（たれ）、ぼんじり（300円）（塩）を1本ずつ、野菜焼きのししとうとにんにく（各450円）を1皿ずつ注文した。
まずはお通しの鶏スープが良い。焼き鳥もおいしい。ささみもつくねも皮もレバーも手羽先もぼんじりもなかなかおいしかった。特にたれの皮と手羽先がおいしかった。ふにゃっとしたにんにくも味が強くて良かった。
ＢＧＭはモダンジャズ。半分以上ピアノだったが、デューク・ジョーダンが1曲掛かったこととケニー・バレルが1曲掛かったことはわかったが、あとはわからなかった。
あと、ピアノで「I'm getting sentimental over you」が流れた。「この曲なんていうの？」。「訊かん方がええけどな」（by伊藤重夫）。
締めに焼きおにぎり1個（330円）を頼んだ。醤油味だがかつおなどの出汁の風味が感じられるおいしい焼きおにぎりだった。
生ビールを僕が1杯おかわりして、会計は7620円だった。
