絶品のタジン鍋は必食です。侮れないですよ。
珍しく馬喰町で飲みました。『新鮮市場』さんというチェーン展開のお店ですが、何処か個人店っぽい雰囲気もある居酒屋さんです。
先ずは瓶ビール。こちらはサッポロ赤星です。赤星ある店にハズレ無し。って個人的には思ってるんですが、どうでしょう？
お通しはイクラとメンマ。お通しをツマミながらの赤星。めちゃめちゃ美味いですね。
先ずはタジン鍋。変わった形の蓋のついた鍋で、水を一滴も使わずに蒸し上げる、モロッコの伝統料理です。和豚もち豚のバラ肉は柔らかく、サッパリとして、甘味があります。たっぷりの野菜にもち豚の旨味が重なり、ポン酢であっさり戴けます。
ちょっとビックリするぐらい美味かったのが、さつまいもスティック。簡単に言うと、さつまいもを素揚げしたフライドポテトですが、蜂蜜とマヨネーズを混ぜたソースにつけていただきます。これはレシピ戴きました（笑）
こちらのもう一つのオススメが、クジラです。最近ではなかなか珍しくなったクジラの赤身刺し。美味しいですね。
穴子玉子焼きに、トマトとオニオンのサラダ。こちらのお店の関心するのが、調理はもちろん盛り付けにも一手間、二手間かけてるところ。よっぽど料理好きの料理長さんなんでしょうね。いろいろ参考にさせていただきました。
ただの居酒屋さんだと思ったら大間違い。素材に拘り、調理に拘った、良いお店だと思います。機会があれば、次回は自慢の魚介系をいただきたいと思います。

年末です。久しぶりの友人と忘年会がてら一杯飲みます。珍しく馬喰横山の『新鮮市場』さん。久しぶりの訪問です。
こちらは鯨料理が有名です。都内で鯨料理って言ったら、メチャメチャ高い印象があるけど、リーズナブルに色々いただけます。
いつものようにビールからスタートして、ハイボール。最近はこのパターンが多いかな。
この日は鯨料理じゃなく「てっちり」にしました。フグですね。寒い日は鍋が良いですね。久しぶりにフグ食べましたが、やっぱり美味いです。
せっかくだから、鯨料理も一品。「おばいけ」です。さらし鯨です。酢味噌で食べると美味いですね。
茶そばです。すっきりあっさり〆ました。
こちらの料理どれも美味しいですね。板前さんの腕前大したもんです。また来よう。
