Negitoro rice bowl + udon 900 yen
The sweetness of the negitoro and the soft vinegared rice enveloped the flavor, and after pouring in the wasabi soy sauce, I couldn't stop eating. Next, I greedily ordered udon. Perhaps because the manager is from Goto, the udon was soft with flying fish broth. The broth was neither too strong nor too thin, and it gently washed away the fatty tuna flavor that remained on my tongue. My stomach was full, thank you for the meal.
Freshly fried Oyster
I thought so. Gyoza / Dumpling and Oyster are freshly made. Today's lunch was not the standard but instead I chose from the menu of the day. Four Oyster for 780 yen including tax, cheap. I wouldn't mind five for 980 yen though. A friend of the office worker. Thank you for the meal.
The pork rice bowl with a soft egg on top is very tender.

It came with a soft egg on top, so I started by breaking it down. The pork slices were very tender and plentiful. The taste reminded me somewhat of Nagasaki's braised pork. Hmm... the soft egg made it hard to scoop up the rice with chopsticks. "Sorry, chef, bring me a spoon or a ladle," he said without hesitation. I've been here many nights, so I'm treated like a regular, which is nice. This restaurant sources fish from Goto, Nagasaki, and also serves rare whale dishes. A true fresh market.
