ランチ営業（11:00~14:00）が「イートイン あじみせ」で |
魚定食をと思いこちらに訪れました。魚久の２階が食堂になっています。
メニューには銀鱈、サワラ、ヒラスと鮭があります。人気鮭なのでしょうか。オーダーは即決で鮭にしました。酒粕でつけられた鮭が香ばしく焼かれて流石に焼き加減は申し分ありません。しっかり味がついていますので醤油は卓上にありませんね。
この店ご飯は魚沼産の米が使用されています。おかわりができるのも嬉しいですし流石魚沼の米だけあって美味いです。
価格は1300円越えで少し高めですがこのご飯の旨さなら許すレベルです。
小鉢もしっかりついて味噌汁もあり良き魚定食をいただきました。
