この日は久しぶりに仕事の関係で人形町へ。
谷崎さんはずっと気になってたお店で今回初めてランチで訪問。
カウンター席に座ってメニューを見ます。
そのメニューの中に見つけちゃいました鰹たたき丼定食1000円。
まぐろか鰹かっどっちが好きって聞かれたら！？
どっちも好きだけど鰹が好きと言っちゃうぐらい鰹好きの私が頼まない訳がない。
しばらく待って出てきました。
美しい色合いのかつおの上に薬味の葱と玉葱とカイワレが美しいコントラスト。
かつおを一口いただきますと、なんと滑らかでしなやかな舌触り。
鰹の旨みが口いっぱいに広がって、神がかった美味しさです。
こんな美味しい鰹のたたき丼をお昼から食べられるとは、何という幸せ。
小鉢は卵焼きと鶏肉とオクラの和え物。
さっぱりとしていてこれも美味しい。
お漬物も自家製で旨し。
味噌汁はお出汁が効いててとても美味しいですね。
ごちそうさまでした。
