待つ事5分で出てきます。
口縁の広いお椀が珍しいですね。
お味は出汁の味を重視した、すごくあっさり優しい味です。
上に山椒の粉がふってあって良い香り。
地鶏らしく弾力のある鶏肉に、ふわとろ卵。
どちらも関西系の産地だけど、何か店主のこだわりがあるのかな?
鶏スープとお新香も、あっさり味で美味しかったです。
総じて
胃に優しい味だなぁ
という印象。
