こちらマンション街の中にある焼き鳥屋でちて、、昼に
お伺いして参りますた。
たまには夜も行けヤｯ！、、、(-“-)
店の入り口は城の城壁にある門？みたいな感じで重厚な
扉がありましてそこを開けると静かな和の空間が広がり
ました。カウンター席に座りましたが店内は薄暗いです
ので目が衰退しているジジイには見え辛い感じです。。
覚えてねーダケダロｯ！
お客は私で3人目です。。凄く空いている。。
早速お願いしたのは焼き鳥丼4本1320円込になります。
暫くして着丼！
先ずは巣立ち？だったか、、それを鶏ちゃん達に掛けて
いただきますと、塩は強めで硬い肉ということで大人味
でタレも甘みは全然無くてやはり肉は硬かった。。
やはり高級店は大人味説、、って合ってる。。(-“-)
そして米、これはもっと硬くて炊き込みが足りないの
では？思う程でして。。
初めてでしたのでコーユー丼なのか？全く分からず。。
でも分かるのはこの焼き鳥丼は好みでは無い、でした。。
店の扉の出来、完成度の高さからすると料理は期待
外れとなってしまいました。。
機会があれば次回は親子丼いってみたいと思います。
