今回は人形町にある隠れたジェム、CHEZ ANDRE DU SACRE-COEURでのランチをしました。このお店は、フランス人マダムがパリにあった父の店のレシピを再現し、まるでパリにいるかのような気分にさせてくれると評判のフレンチレストランです。
まず、店の外観はまるでフランスの街角にあるような趣きで、下町の雰囲気とは一線を画しています。店内は広々としており、テーブル席には余裕があり、素敵なテラス席も用意されていました。暖かい日に外で食事を楽しむことができるのは、最高の贅沢ですね。
メニューを見ると、フレンチカフェらしいカジュアルでかつ美味しそうなメニューが目に飛び込んできます。ランチタイムはすぎての来店ですが軽食もあり、私はキッシュ・ロレーヌを選びました。フランスパンはふんわりとしていて、キッシュは薄切りベーコン、玉ねぎ、たまごがふわふわで、パイ生地はサクサク。一口食べると、本場の味に思わず感動してしまいました。
そして、店員の方の気配りも素晴らしかったです。ランチの提供時間が終わっていましたが、「14時半までならランチメニューを提供していますので、またお越しください」と声をかけてくれました。この温かなおもてなしに、心がほっこりしました。
最後はデザートにフローマージュ・ブランを注文しました。滑らかな舌触りと、ブルーベリーのソースが絶妙なハーモニーを奏で、ランチの締めくくりとして最適でした。
CHEZ ANDRE DU SACRE-COEURのランチ体験は、まさにパリの一角を訪れたかのような気分にさせてくれる素晴らしい時間でした。今度は夕方に訪れて、ワインを楽しむのもいいかもしれません。ご馳走様でした^_^
