Quality taste born from uncompromising work
We will continue to refine the authentic Hakata flavor by giving careful attention to each and every ingredient, thinking of ramen as a "dish" and allowing you to drink the soup down to the last drop. |
This shop is located right near the intersection of Ningyocho. This Ramen stands out in Ningyocho, which has become a ramen battleground, and continues to have a stable presence. I have never seen a line here, but there is always a steady stream of customers. For a Hakata Ramen shop, they have a wide selection of snacks. You can have a few drinks here and have Ramen as a final dish. Oh, I'm lucky today! Lunchtime is almost over, and there are not many customers. First of all, the popular tonkotsu ramen is a must. The other one is... hmm? Oh, this is good. Extra-thick miso ramen. I'll also have Gyoza / Dumpling as a side dish. Looking at the other menu items makes me want to drink more and more. Oh, Gyoza / Dumpling has arrived. When it comes to Gyoza / Dumpling in Hakata, bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling is the standard, but here they have regular Gyoza / Dumpling. I prefer Gyoza / Dumpling with vinegar and pepper. If there is no special sauce, I'll go with vinegar and pepper today. Yes, it's delicious. This is Gyoza / Dumpling! A very classic taste. Well, I've been waiting for this! Tonkotsu ramen. In Hakata, they often have very thin noodles, but here they are just thin. Personally, I prefer that thickness. Wood ear mushrooms are really good. I wish they would add them to Ramen other than Hakata Ramen. Next, extra-thick miso ramen. It looks extra-thick. Ah, but doesn't that mean it's heavy when you eat it? Wow, this is so delicious. Not just a winter recommendation, this is a year-round recommendation. Oh, on TV they said extra noodles were free at the end, but in reality it's 100 yen. I'm sure they had unlimited extra noodles in the morning (11:00-12:00). Well, if it was 100 yen, I'd order the regular. The ramen was hard, so next time I'll try the very hard one. Here it comes. I'll eat it with the sauce for the extra noodles. By the way, isn't this sauce pointless if it's put in the soup? Even so, this system of "kaedama" is revolutionary. If you order a large serving, the noodles will gradually get soggy, but if you order a refill, they won't get soggy, and you can enjoy different textures by ordering different hardness. The manager was friendly and the atmosphere was quite comfortable. It would be a waste to just have Ramen. Next time, I'll come for a drink.
